- In-App Purchases: Premium features are available through in-app purchases via Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Premium Features: Premium features include unlimited analytics, enhanced budget tracking, detailed spending insights, advanced metrics, and priority support. These features are available through subscription purchase and enhance your experience while maintaining privacy standards.
- Subscription Terms: Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.
- No Warranty: My Expense Pal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or available at all times.
- Data Responsibility: All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues or app uninstallation.
- No Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app.
- Updates: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
